Wikr is an IT-Media Company. We create and develop viral content projects and mobile applications.

We are making history on the global media market, developing online content in 7 different languages. Each month, 100+ million people visit our sites.
We develop antistress games, health and fitness mobile apps to help users from all over the world take care of themselves physically and emotionally.
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Kyiv office.
What awaits you:
- Resolving basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via emails, social pages and GooglePlay/Appstore pages
- Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to our knowledge base
- Ensuring customers' satisfaction
- Communicating with our product developers
- Fluent English
- Analytical & Research Skills
- Customer oriented and responsible attitude
- Android and iOS User Experience
Will be a plus:
- Fluent 2nd language (French, Spanish, German or any other language you master)
- International exchange programs participation
- Medical background
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with native speakers
- Customer service skills and experience
